THANKFULLY I called back the same number and selected option #1 to talk to a customer service representative. It took less than one minute until someone answered, and he told me he would take care of it and add me to their do not call list. We'll see how true that really is. I only verified the last 4 numbers of my Visa, and that's the one the first operator told me she had on file. I checked my bank, and see that there is a $5 pre-authorization charge on my account. The representative I spoke with when I called back said that shouldn't even go through, and my account was not technically active so there will be no future billing coming from it.
